By concluding a memorandum of understanding regarding joint cooperation between Raad Charity and Bayan Emrooz International Law Firm, legal and judicial support for apprentices of Raad Charity is now officially assigned to this law firm.
According to the report of Raad Charity, in a meeting held with Ms. Mansoreh Panahi, Director Manager of Raad charity, and Mr. Mohammad Rahmani, Director Manager of Bayan Emrooz, in addition to conclusion of the memorandum of understanding other options for expansion of cooperation were discussed.
Based on the concluded memorandum of understanding civil and criminal litigation in law courts on behalf of Raad charity, preparation of pleadings for disables, providing legal counsels and to follow up legal actions are among services that Bayan Emrooz will provide for Raad Charity. Moreover, it was agreed that in addition to apprentices and students, Raad charity employees would also benefit from the Bayan Emrooz Law Firm services.
The Raad Charity Director Manager in addition to congratulation to Bayan Emrooz Law Firm for legal support it provides for members of disables society, stated that one of the important outcome of this cooperation would be in respect to disables and apprentices by getting familiar with legal issues will show more effective social presence.
Also, Mr. Rahmani by pointing out humanitarian intentions for accepting this responsibility stated that our firm purpose is to accomplish its social responsibility and in addition to providing legal supports, we intent by planning a legal framework to deal with disability issues.
It should be mention that, all legal supports will be provided based on the social responsibility and free of charge. Moreover, Bayan Emrooz Law Firm will be among Raad Charity supporters.

Infrastructure, Power & Renewable Energy Investment Conference
RENPOWER IRAN Conference 2016 in regard to infrastructure, power and renewable energy investment was held by Euroconvention Global and Energy Ministry of Iran at Iran’s Ministry of Energy in Tehran on Sunday 6 November, 2016.
Bayan Emrooz Law Firm attended the said conference as one of the associate partners. Other organizations participating in this event include: Renewable Energy Organization of Iran, European Investment Bank, Investment, Economic and Technical Assistance Organization of Iran, Ministry of Roads and Urban Development of Iran and many other private and governmental, foreign or domestic institutes and organizations.
In this regard, Mr. Mohammad Rahmani, Head of Board of Directors and Partner at Bayan Emrooz Law Firm, made a speech during the second panel of this conference. He introduced numerous Iranian regulations governing the energy sector and mainly discussed the legal issues that investors might encounter in regard to lands and establishing different types of energy plants. Furthermore, he highlighted the importance of enjoying legal assistance and risk management services in this regard as there are many types of lands and also different contracts that could be concluded in this sector.

Attendance of Ranking Commission of the Iran-Italy Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Mines in Shiraz
Ranking economic commission of the Iran-Italy Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Mines (IICCIM) comprising its old members and a group of younger members under supervision of the Mr. Pourfallah, President of IICCIM, and Ms. Shahabi, Secretary-General of IICCIM, visited Shiraz on 23 and 24 May, 2017 and explored investment and co-operation opportunities, potential and historic attractions of Shiraz.
Among 25 participants of the above-mentioned commission, there were deans and entrepreneurs form the country economic establishments such as CEO of the Moquette Economic Group, president of the board of directors of the karafarin Insurance, CEO of the Sepehr-Electric Company, CEO of the Moujab Consulting Engineers Company, CEO of the Iran Cable Company, CEO of the Colham Company, CEO of the Aryak Oil Company and a group of active and successful members as well as several of IICCIM employees.
At the first day, after entering Shiraz the commission visited the Shiraz Especial Economic Zone (SEEZ) and heard from CEO of the SEEZ in a meeting. Mr. Taeebi spoke about special facilities and capacities of the SEEZ and advantages of investing in it and the opportunities that the SEEZ provides for investors. After that, the president of IICCIM announced the readiness of IICCIM and its Iranian and Italian members for establishing institutional relations with the SEEZ. After the meeting, the commission visited several complex in the SEEZ such as the Premium Bond Company, the Foulad Aboghadare Industrial Complex and the Ba foods complex.
In the second day, the commission was guest at the Shiraz Chamber of Commerce and discussed about collective co-operations and benefit from mutual capacities.
In continuation of the trip, the commission visited historic attractions such as the Persepolis, Vakil Bazaar, Saraye Moshir and Arg of Karim Khan.
Mr. Mohammad Rahmani, CEO of the Bayan Emrooz International Law Firm was also a member of the commission and visited Shiraz economic and commercial establishments.
