What is Trademark?
Trademarks are graphic designs, which are used to identify goods and services. In other words, any word, letter, number, logo, handwriting or geometric drawings, photo, shape, color or a combination of these, that identify an organization or a person and lead to distinction of specific product or service from other goods and services is considered as a trademarks. The trademark could be registered. Registration of trademark ensures its owner that the law protects its rights against unauthorized uses.
Once registered, the trademark remains valid for a period of ten years, which is infinitely renewable for successive ten year periods subject to making payments required by law.
Any natural person or legal entity in order to distinguish his goods or services from other persons may proceed to register its trademark, personally or through a legal representative.

Required time for registration of a trademark:
The Minimum Period for registration of a trademark is 75 days, as below:
– 15 days for the publication of the first notice;
– 30 days await for Opposition period;
– 15 days for the publication of the second notice;
– At least 15 days for the administrative process.
