Mohammad Rahmani is an Attorney at Law and a Member of Iranian Bar Association for more than 18 years, rendering legal services in many fields such as commercial, corporate, e-commerce (startups), family, inheritance, immovable property and intellectual property law.
Other than his extensive experience as an attorney, he has been the legal consultant of one of Regional Water Companies of Iran for four years, an arbitrator in the arbitration center of Iranian Chamber since 2008, the head of informatics committee of Qazvin Province Bar Association until 2010, the representative Central Bar Association in the informatics commission of the State Union of Iranian Bar Associations and is currently the head of Contributive Lawyers Unit of Central Bar Associations in Edalat Judicial Complex of Tehran. In addition to being a partner, head of the Board of Directors and the Managing Director at Bayan Emrooz International Law Firm, he is the head of legal at Ideh Gozin Ertebatat Romac Compnay (Snapp) and the legal advisor to the Snapp Group. He is also a member in international associations such as AIJA, legal mondo and DIJV.
In addition to being a diligent practitioner, he has considerable academic experience. He holds an LLB from Islamic Azad University of Zanjan. He has also come in first in the LLM Entrance Exam and acquired an LLM in Private Law from Central Branch of Tehran’s Islamic Azad University. He has also published a book on the Iranian Laws and Regulations on Lands and two articles in respect to the CMS terminal of I.R.I judicial force and legal aspect of launching an online business in Iran. He is familiar with the English language.
